A Double first for the Cotswold Art & Antique Dealer's Association

The first-ever Cotswold Art & Antique Dealers' Association Fair is being held in the elegant setting of Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxfordshire OX20 1PP from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd April 2012. This is also the very first antiques and fine art fair to be held at Blenheim Palace, home to the 11th Duke and Duchess of Marlborough.

Court Barn Museum Chipping Campden suffers a burglary

 

Items of silverware and jewellery of "national importance" have been stolen from Court Barn Museum in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire.

Among the items taken were objects created by designer and architect CR Ashbee, one of the pioneers of the Arts and Crafts movement.

Police said the burglary happened between 23:30 GMT and 23:40 GMT on Monday.
