Talented young entrepreneurs were given an opportunity to shine at the final of the University of Gloucestershire’s BUG (Business Planning at the University of Gloucestershire) competition.

Guests from the University and local businesses gathered at the event at Gloucester Docks to hear the finalists pitch their business ideas to a ‘Dragon’s Den’-style panel.

Chorley’s are to offer a selection of prints of political cartoons for sale on May 27th 2010 just weeks after the election.  Relating to elections in Gloucester and dating from 1876-1887 these lambaste some of the figures of the day.
