The Club’s 31st Annual Flower and Vegetable Show will be held at The Washbrook Barn, Ebrington on Saturday 13th August.
The Show is open to the public at 2.00 pm. with the presentation of Prizes at 4.00 pm.
There will be a raffle and Afternoon Teas and Cakes. Admission £1.00
Entry is to members only, except for the Children’s Classes which are open to any child up to and including the age of 12 years and Floral Art which is open to Ebrington WI.
There are no entry fees or cash prizes and exhibits can be staged on the morning of the Show between 7.30 am and 10.45 am
There are 21 Classes for Vegetables, 40 Classes for Flowers, 7 Classes for Fruit, 3 Classes for Floral Art, 12 Classes for children, 16 Classes for Cookery (including a Cookery Class for Men), 5 Classes for Wine, 4 Classes for Photography, 4 Classes for Craft Work 3 Classes for Children’s Art and Floral Art, 1 Class of Poultry and new for this year in memory of Doug Drinkwater, our late president, is a class for an arrangement of fruits, vegetables and flowers.
Schedules are available from any Committee Member or can be found in Ebrington Church or in Campden Fruit and Veg shop
This is a good traditional village show with something for everybody so even if you are not a member (you can join on the day) come and enjoy the exhibits and have an afternoon tea and cake. You will be made very welcome.
